Making the decisions to begin therapy can be one of the most confusing and frightening choices of ones life. Often we ask our self, “Is there something wrong with me if I can’t solve my own problems?” or “What does this guy know that I don’t?” or even “What is therapy anyways?”

Many people turn to Marriage and Family Therapists for a variety of issues. Despite the title, Marriage and Family Therapists do treat individuals, indeed the majority of our clientele are individuals. What makes a us different from other therapists is that we look for the ways an individuals relationships contribute to and can be used to repair their problems.

As a therapist I work to help clients discern the natural dispositions of their temperament as well as the habits built up by their attachment style with their parents in order to pursue those patterns of behavior which contribute to life long happiness, the virtues.
